Killington Mountain Division

KMD was created in the Winter of 07/08 by Chris Johnson (a former Freestyle coach.)  It is a branch of a skiing group run by KMS. Its is called KMD because we ski all over the mountain and in the park.  From hucking cliffs at Devil's Fiddle/Den to switchups and 7's in Dream Maker.  We like to call ourselves Killington's Park Team.  KMD still runs today, we may not compete at many competitions but we meet up and learn new tricks with eachother every weeknd in the winter.  Yes we admit we are ameratures, ages 12-16 (not including coaches) but we can stomp.  Some ill tricks clean here and there, and of course... ass raped by rails in between.

Home Mountain: Killington, Vermont

Team Anthem: "Yep I'm Back"-Fabulous

What THe Team Likes To Do In The Park: Trains, yell at gapers, get in arguments with gapers, spray gapers, cut gapers off, and occasionally piss off the park crew and show people up. (sometimes)

Teams Favorite Thing To Do Outside Of Skiing: PARTY @ CHRIS'S

We love to duck ropes, poach trails, hit phreshies before anyone else, huck cliffs, and ski waste deep pow on powder days. (which are rare.)

Other News: A lot of the team is deciding to leave KMD and make a new group...(name still undecided) Since KMD is a paid for program, it is expensive and sometimes lame. The KMD policy is no invert ariels and  no off axis spins. (even though we still do them) So now we must find a young rider to carry the torch.

(more to come)
